I posted this pattern on my Instagram and I've already seen so many cute ghosts. Some have been made with buttons, some with safety eyes, some with thread and one version used marker to create the eyes! I love all the different ways this little pattern can be changed. Next I'm thinking of adding purple eyes instead of the black ones!

ch: chain
yo: yarn over
sl st: slip stitch
dc: double crochet
Notes
- Approximate size with worsted weight yarn and H 5.00 mm crochet hook is: 2" wide and 2" tall. Using a different size hook and yarn will result in a different size ghost.
- Suggestion: If using a different weight yarn, use the recommended crochet hook size on the label of the yarn.
Special Stitch
Bobble: yo and insert the hook into the next st, yo and pull up a loop, yo and insert the hook into the same st, yo and pull up a loop, yo and pull through all 5 of the loops on the hook.
The Pattern
R1: Make a magic ring or a loose slip knot, ch 2 (does not count as a st) and put 14 dc into the center, sl st to the 1st dc of the round.=14
Pull on the tail end to close the hole.
R2: ch 1, put a bobble st into the same st, sl st into the same st, *sl st into the next st, ch 1, bobble st into the same st, sl st into the same st. Repeat from the * 2 more times. = 4 bumps
Cut the yarn, pull through the last stitch, weave in the ends and add buttons for the eyes.
