July KnitCrate And Sock Crate Review

Hello! Every month, for the past several months, KnitCrate has been sending crates for me to unbox for ya'll. I've been having a blast opening them and I think every month I get more and more excited to see what has come in the pretty teal boxes that have arrived in my mailbox. Today, I have the July KnitCrate and Sock Crate to unbox for ya'll! Click on the video to watch my unboxing or scroll down for my review.

Now, for the July KnitCrate! I opened the box and I was amazed at the colors in these skeins of yarn! The colors are beautiful, rich and deeply saturated and the yarn is so soft. There are blues, greens, teals, purples and golden yellows. I can tell that this yarn is going to be so fun to work with!

This gorgeous yarn is Knitologie by KnitCrate and the color way is called Dashboard.

It is a worsted weight yarn that is made from 100% superwash merino wool and it is so soft.

Each skein has 180 yards (164 meters) and it is 100 grams or 4 ounces.

All Knitologie yarns are exclusively dyed for KnitCrate.

The July KnitCrate was inspired by modern primary. These crates are filled with yarn that screams bold and intense color. It is suggested to use this month's yarn with rich neutrals or stark whites for a contrast that will definitely pop!

These are the 4 colorways that came in this month's KnitCrate. They are all so pretty! I would have been happy with any of these!

The patterns in the July KnitCrate are amazing! I think the 2 patterns look fun and they are perfect for summer!

The crochet pattern, Yoga Socks, was designed by Laura Bain and they are so cute. The yarn in this month's crates are perfect for these socks and you can see how awesome the colors look!

The knit pattern, Beach Ball Cowl, was designed by Virginia Sattler-Reimer and it is a very pretty cowl that I think would be perfect for summer nights or early mornings at the Farmer's Market. The colors work up beautifully in this cowl and I love it!

I absolutely love the colors in the July KnitCrate and I can't wait to show you what colorway came in the July SockCrate! The colors are amazing and the yarn is so soft. I am in love with this yarn. The colors are a bright green and a pear green and their are also subtle hues of darker, olive greens.

This pretty yarn is URU.YARN by KnitCrate and the color way is called compact.

It is a fingering weight yarn made from 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon.

This skein of yarn has 400 yards (365 meters) and is 100 grams or 4 ounces.

All URU.YARN skeins are exclusively dyed for KnitCrate.

The July SockCrate was also inspired by modern primary.

These are the 2 color ways that you could have received this month and they are both beautiful!

The pattern, Hyla Socks, designed by Hannah Thiessen are very cute ankle socks that are perfect for summer! I think they are great for everyday and I absolutely love how this yarn works up with this pattern.

I think the July KnitCrate and Sock Crates are both amazing! The yarn is so soft and beautiful, I definitely was not disappointed! I can't wait to work with these amazing yarns and I think they will be a pleasure to work with because they are so soft and fun because of the colors.
