Homemade Pumpkin Spice Rolled Ice Cream!

Hello! All summer I've wanted to try to roll ice cream and now that's it's the start of fall, I've been craving pumpkin spice so I decided to make homemade pumpkin spice rolled ice cream and it turned out fantastic! It was so much easier than I thought it would be and it is so delicious. Plus, no special equipment needed! Scroll down for the written instructions, recipe and video tutorial.

It was so much fun rolling ice cream! I was very afraid that I wasn't going to be able to roll it, but I did and it was so cool! And it tasted absolutely yummy! It was so creamy and smooth....oh yum! But it does melt very fast so I didn't get many pictures.

Pumpkin Spice Rolled Ice Cream

Servings: 2


  • 1 cup cream (Any kind of pouring cream will work. I used whipping cream.)
  • 1/2 cup condensed Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Optional Toppings:

  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Whipped Cream
  • Caramel


Pour the ingredients onto a baking sheet.

Take a spatula or 2 and mix the ingredients together.

Use the back of the spatula or gently shake the baking sheet to smooth out the ice cream mixture. It should be about 1/4 of an inch deep. It can be a little more or less but you do want it thin. If there is too much ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to scoop out the excess.

Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Take out of the freezer and place the baking sheet on a tea towel so it will not slide while you roll the ice cream.

Take an offset spatula and roll the ice cream. If it does not want to roll, wiggle the spatula up and down until it rolls.

Use tongs to place in a serving dish and add whatever toppings you would like.
TIP: Place the serving dish in the fridge or freezer beforehand, so that when you add the ice cream to it, the dish will be cold and the ice cream will not melt quite as quickly.
