How To Make Magnesium Oil

Magnesium Oil is wonderful to use and easy to make! I've been making plain magnesium oil for years and everyone in my family loves it, including my nephews. I have been using it for headaches, sore muscles, and to help with sleep. My son loves to dab some magnesium oil on his temples and his toes before bed. I also love to use it before bed to help with sleep and when I get headaches, migraines, and neck aches. I squirt some oil onto my fingers and rub it into my temples, forehead, neck, anywhere I am sore. Normally, within 20 minutes, I can feel a definite difference in the soreness of muscles or it can help a headache ease off enough to not turn into a horrible migraine.
My son does not get very many headaches, thank goodness, but my nephews do and when they are at my house and they start to get a headache, they know to ask Aunt Ally for some magnesium oil. Just a little dab on their temples and forehead and have them relax in a dark room. It does wonders! Recently, I have also started spraying myself with magnesium oil 30 minutes before I shower or bathe, This helps fight magnesium deficiency and since I have lupus and other auto immune diseases, this is great for me. Scroll down for the written recipe and the video tutorial.

Recently, a friend gave me some orange essential oil for my birthday so I decided to make a daytime magnesium oil with it and a nighttime version with lavender. If plain ole magnesium oil is so wonderful, adding some beneficial essential oils should be great too, right? I think so! And I'm loving these new versions of magnesium oil! Scroll on down to get both of the recipes and the video tutorial and remember, if you don't have these essential oils, you can make plain magnesium oil or you can even experiment with different essential oils to make your own personal magnesium oil! I suggest reading up on the different essential oils and find out what would be best for you and your needs, but if you have lavender and orange oils, then I recommend trying these two recipes!

Magnesium oil does leave a white salty residue on the skin that can lead to irritation with some people if left on for too long. No one in my family has had a problem with irritation though.
